The company founders have many years’ experience in both the hospitality industry and the office environment.

Kate, a trained chef, spent 4 years as catering manager for Noonmark Yachting, responsible for all charter, race and passage catering. Kate has a secret recipe for hot chocolate tart that is to die for!

Helen has spent much of her career as a director for the retail clothing brand, Fat Face. As a keen sailor she has worked professionally on yachts, sailing and racing around the world. Her key ethic is customer service.

The Vanilla Team are based in professional kitchens and offices attached to Swanwick Marina (Premiers Boat Yard), at the top of the River Hamble in Southampton, Hampshire. They are delighted to invite you to pop in, have a coffee and a chat and try the latest baking fresh from the kitchen!
