2016 - A record Summer for Vanilla

Onwards and upwards into the New Season

The suns shinning and we have a spring in our step at the Vanilla HQ in Swanwick as we look ahead to another busy season.

The new menu will be launched officially at the end of this month and as always we are incorporating an abundance of Hampshire produce from Lavertsoke Buffalo to Lyburn cheeses. Our range of home smoked produce has expanded and we are smoking fish, duck, mozzarella and even ice cream in house.

Last Thursday the Vanilla team headed to the Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth Historic Dockyards to celebrate ten years in business.

Catering for Hollywood Actors

Another Cowes week over, lots of early starts for the Vanilla team ensuring those race boats got their food on time before they slipped lines and battled their way around the Solent.

We had the honour of catering for celebrities crewing in the fifth edition of the Artemis Challenge .It was a near record-breaking day out for Ewan McGregor, Zara Phillips and Natalie Pinkham, who joined world class skippers for the 50-mile sprint around the Isle of Wight.

As a team here at Vanilla, we are very conscious of how lucky we are to live in a great area of the South Coast of England, with everything on tap.
