The Challenge

At the commencement of the America's Cup World Series Challenge in Portsmouth, Vanilla Catering was successful in its bid to provide the hospitality for Ben Ainslie Racing (BAR), later to become Land Rover BAR. This yachting regatta, spread over three days and two sites, demanded exceedingly high standards of food and service for very discerning guests.

On the Day

Meticulous planning over several months ensured that at the start of the regatta the people, equipment, vans, food, and beverage, were all prepped to be in the right place at the right time over the course of the weekend. In summary, each day the company successfully delivered approximately.
