We can provide everything for a fully managed event, from an exclusive canapé party for clients to a hot, sit down three-course gourmet meal for the whole company.
As well as providing delicious food tailored to your choice and event, our service and quotation includes everything - the hire of cutlery, crockery, glasses, linen and waiting and bar staff. We are also fully licensed to run a pay bar.

Presentation lunch and formal 3-course dinner for PLC pilot graduation
Hot lunch for 200 people followed by evening ball for 250 people, including canapés and bar service in a marquee attached to a stately home. -
Authentic medieval evening
Fully researched realistic medieval banquet for 180 people, including themed crockery and waitressing, medieval drinks and canapés. -
Winter wonderland with fondues and ice carvings
Magical evening for 170 with traditional fondues set on each table, followed by warming winter casserole and snowy dessert – a magical trip to the Alps in the comfort of the New Forest! -
VIP motor racing hospitality
All day hospitality - food, drinks and equipment, at a trackside marquee ensured these 150 guests received the full VIP treatment. -
Canapé launch party on container ship
Bellinis and Bagels - (amongst other canapés!) served on the bridge of a brand new container ship in Southampton port. -
Authentic Arabian themed party
Full Arabian meal for 180 guests served by themed waitresses, complete with snake charmer and belly dancers. Specially designed cocktails and henna painting was all part of the service! -
Afternoon tea on an oil tanker for the Royal Fleet Review
We had the honour of serving on the BP oil tanker that was the last ship in the review which the Queen circled. A traditional English occasion in the middle of the Solent! -
Soup and Savouries for a New Year Gathering
A charity event for 800 at which Vanilla served soup and savouries within an hour at a packed fund-raising event. -
Staff Hog roast at Arundel Castle
A relaxed family fun day for 100 people in the beautiful surroundings of a classic English castle.
