It’s all over now. Kathryn & Rob are in Australia and my wife and I are left with memories – but what memories! Everything was perfect and much of it down to Vanilla Catering. Your advice and discreet management of the event, the quality of the food and the organisation of the various contractors was exemplary. You were as good as your word, we really did have nothing to do but enjoy the occasion. It would be remiss of me not to mention your staff. They were both friendly and efficient and especially good at running the bar. So to you all, very many thanks.

From the onset, Vanilla was head and shoulders above your competition in professionalism and price. We recognised the complexity of the task especially in an unknown venue, but appreciate how quickly you were able to clean up and leave in such short timescales. What a fabulous successful day we had. I have to say that Vanilla truly pulled off a totally professional organised event and exceeded all expectations. The lamb was tender and cooked to perfection so many thanks to the chef. Somehow a few sentences don’t seem enough to sum up all the food, it really was great. We noticed the attentive service, the staff clearly worked well in their teams and many guests have commented that they were all served on their table all together at the same time. The memory of the day will stay with us a long, long time. We would not hesitate for one moment to come back to Vanilla again

We were very, very impressed with our caterers who were friendly and excellent right from the word ‘go’. The food was totally delicious and there was lots of it, Vanilla catered fabulously for our very mixed tastes of true meat eater and staunch veggi and easily accommodated our lactose-intolerant friends. Your team were delightful throughout the meal, being unobtrusive but always there when needed and very patient with all our keen photographers and the array of young children. The meal was timed very well and flowed beautifully. The oldest guests were very pleased to go up for the hot buffet first (an excellent move on your part), after the top table were served. We cannot thank you enough and would highly recommend you.

I know I said it lots on the day(s) but everything you did was fabulous. So many people commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever tasted, and the groom’s father, who is really very discerning, said it was exquisite. The people who had special dietary requirements were equally pleased with what they were served. The Sunday hog-roast was great too. Thank you all so much for doing such a good job, and doing it so unobtrusively. I will recommend you unreservedly to anybody who asks.

Just wanted to quickly say a huge thank you for all your hard work and for being so patient, flexible and above all so professional in all your dealings with me in the run up to our big day. We have had so many comments on how good the food and the service was. You were brilliant to deal with all the different dietary requirements and all the last minute changes to the seating plans! Thank you for all the manoeuvring of tables in and out of the rain. It was lovely to be able to be outside for the initial drinks and canapés.
