For us just to simply hop in a taxi and disappear into the moonlight was divine. “A heartfelt thank you to you and all your team. Your professionalism was evident whilst dealing with last-minute table plan changes, guests horribly late due to traffic, and the weather conditions changing by the moment whilst preparing the buffet. At no point were you fazed and your team’s calm, competent manner at all times ensured a wonderful party which was enjoyed by all. The food was exceptional and special mention was made of the caramelised red onion & goats cheese tartlets, also the dark chocolate mousse with orange brûlée. The pork was succulent, moist and the crackling the best I have had. Furthermore, once you had finished your team disappeared quietly without any fuss leaving behind a spotless preparation area. At all times throughout the planning and preparation of Bill’s party I was confident and well informed at each stage of the proceedings and your advice on menu selection was spot on. Thank you all for a truly first class day.”
