Our Food

Where possible we use local Hampshire suppliers and we are proud to be a member of Hampshire Fare, see our fantastic producers map.

Our meat is supplied to Farm assured Standards and we only use fish from sustainable sources. We never use GM foods.

Every year in the UK we throw away £12 billion worth of food which could have been eaten. Vanilla is proud to support love food hate waste which is a campaign from WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme)

Recycling

We have recycling bins for all our plastic, cardboard and bottles. Our toner cartridges are recycled. All our glass bottles from events are brought back and recycled.

Our Transport

We encourage our staff to cycle to work and Sally cycles whenever she can even if it means arriving in the office looking slightly dishevelled every day!

We encourage all our staff to car share.

Equipment

Our new state of the art Kitchen operates to the highest legislative standards in terms of emissions.

Charities
