2017 - Hold on Tight, Here We Go!

Welcome to 2017, what a Xmas we had. Last year we catered for over 50 events in December. Xmas parties, winters weddings, corporate dining, you name it we did it. It was a wonderful whirl from one event to the other. We catered in some fantastic venues including the Bombay Sapphire distillery, HMS Warrior, Royal Marines Museum, The Tithe Barn, The spinnaker Tower, The Port House and Landrover Bar HQ.

However now the Xmas jumpers have been packed away and on we march towards a gloriously busy 2017.

Last year we catered for our future king and Queen, numerous Sirs, Dames and of course you! How do we top that this year by more of the same of course!

This time of year we are planning our new menus trying to incorporate as much local and seasonal produce as possible as we are proud to be a member of Hampshire Fare . Lee and his team of chefs love planning and testing the menus and so do myself and the events team as we act as the guinea pigs (no new year diets for us ) .

We will be publishing the new menus in draft form by the end of the month and our photoshoot with our fabulous London Photographer Alan Williams is booked for later this month
